Inspiration Lake

On Tuesday Ella and I headed to Inspiration Lake with Anastasia and Gustav and their Mommy Sarah. The lake is man-made by Disney and beside the resort.
It was a really nice day. We hung out under a tree on our blankets eating ice cream and running around and playing. After naptime we headed to the playground and splash park.

At Disneyland

For Mid Autumn festival we headed to Lantau for a BBQ and lantern lighting festivities.
Unfortunetly the weather did not cooperate due to a passing typhoon and the night was a bit of a wash.






But we had a yummy dinner with friends and Ella had a bit of a run around on the beach

Ella found some of her toys and things that I had hidden away, things that she has outgrown but I am keeping. One of those was her jumper. She wanted it SO BAD that I finally relented but on the condition that only her animals could bounce in it. Ella was happy with that and loved giving her animals underducks in the swing and giving them snacks on the tray (which she ate!)

You'll need to turn up your volume to hear her singing the first bit, but here is Ella singing her version of the ABC song. So cute!!

It is the Dickson's last season at Wildwood on Lake Whatcom. We made sure to squish in one last visit before we left town

2 Ellas
