Ella meets her grandparents!

Lots of cuddles.

On the MTR heading to the Flower Market

Grandpa Ron in charge!

Me testing out another sling. This one is called a Hotsling. It is very light weight and simple.

Out for dinner at Cru. Linda stayed at home for a nap.

A new Canadian restaurant in Soho called Canucck.
We haven't eaten there yet, but here the lunch is a really good deal!

Out for brunch while Suds is at work.

peek a boo!

Ok this was kinda hard to do with one hand holding the camera, but you get the idea.
Don't pay attention to my stupid voice:)

Penang, Malyasia

Ella and I tagged along with Suds on his recent flight to Penang. We had 57 hours there to relax by the pool.

The hotel the crew stay at is in the city but you can take a shuttle to one of their sister hotels on the beach.

The 2 sister hotels were Shangri-la's, so they were very nice!

Ella cools of in the kiddie pool

Brrr! The pool was cooler than her normal bath

Gotta keep covered up!

The hotel had a snake show in the afternoon.
This guy was nuts!
He put one of the snakes heads in his mouth!

We were in Penang in 2002 and took a picture of Suds and I on the beach with rocks similar to these...oh how times have changed!

Sunday we treated ourselves to a fancy Sunday Brunch.

It was HUGE!
There was a curry station, paste station, soup station, carving station, lobster, crabs, prawns, and oysters.

But it was the desserts that sold us!
Fresh crepes, cakes, ice cream, mini dessert pots, even cotton candy!

If only we could stay at hotels like this all the time!!

The beach was deserted because of the jellyfish in the water.

You could get a manicure or massage on the beach if you wanted. There was also jet skiing, parasailing, ATV's to rent or horseback rides available.

The town of Georgetown was not amazing.

I have never seen so many rats in the streets as we did here! This place is going to get the plague!

A mixture of old, new and deserted buildings.

Everywhere where stalls sending all types of food.
Banana fritters, noodles, curries and fresh fruit.

On the plane trip home Ella was happy in the bassinet:)

What's this stuck to my face???

Shannon's last night in Hong Kong we ordered in from Cru. We had a yummy feast of appies and salads.

Ella had a bottle of milk that night and Shannon and I had a bottle of champagne and strawberries:)

Looking WAY up to IFC.

Now that we have discovered this hidden gem of outdoor public space, we are here all the time!

Subway and white wine go together, right?

Strolling thru Soho

Looks like she's having a nice dream.

**I don't know why it's uploading this way. I have it turned properly in the pictures folder. Sorry**

Nice shades!

Cuddled up to her soother:)

The four of us headed out to Shek O beach for a day in the sun and water.

We had to get Ella into this cute pink bikini from Adele even though it's a little too big.

She liked swimming but the waves would catch her by surprise:)

Ella in her cute strawberry outfit from Linda and Ron.

Ella practicing her walking

Heading out into the world snug in her carrier

Ella's new trick...smiles!!!

A Mid Autumn Festival light display

On one of Shannon's last nights we went out for Peking Duck in Wan Chai.

It was so yummy!!

Can a girl ever have too many pairs of shoes??

I don't think so!
