Mike and Larry are back today for a quick visit before they return to Vancouver.
I made chocolate coconut cupcakes to celebrate Mike's birthday. Of course it was Ella's job to put the sprinkles on....and to taste test them!!

Sunday on Peng Chau island
how to keep your toddler busy? Give her an iPhone.
On Sunday we set out to explore a little island nearby called Peng Chau.
Here comes our cruise ship to take us there!

we had Thai for lunch. Ella had no interest so we gave her the camera to occupy her. She took this shot of me!
After lunch we went for a walk

we've spent many a day and night like this so far
BECAUSE we've spent so much time holding precious little J, I have implemented a new plan. The goal is more independant sleeping and happier awake time. We are on Day 2 and all is going well. Naps are taken happily in her crib, something I didn't start with Ella until she was 3 months old.
