Land reclaimation

Hong Kong is running out of land downtown for new buildings and green space.









This is a huge section of the Central waterfront that will be filled in with land.





They get the rocks and soil by taking it from barren islands off the coast and barge it in. That is how the airport and the land under IFC was made.
