This was to be the "Piece de Resistance" of Suds' Father's Day dinner. A dessert I had been planning on making for him forever.
But I think I was the one surprised when dessert turned out like this....total disaster!
Any takers on what is was SUPPOSED to be??

hmmmm. It must really look bad.
It was supposed to be like a jelly roll, but made with chocolate cake and whipped cream inside.
The worst part is, Suds had never heard of one even though he has several times told me he likes them!
He was a good sport and some some anyways:)
oh! I thought that for a second. I'm sure it was still good tasting.
This pretty much takes the cake from coffee eggs. xoxo
