When Ella was maybe 6 months I took her to a modelling agency. They took a few shots of her and when I showed no interest in paying for a photoshoot I heard nothing more.
A few weeks ago they contacted me and requested 6 recent shots for an ad campaign for Mothercare, which is a huge baby store in the UK.
I sent them 6 incredible pictures and couldn't imagine how Ella couldn't get the job. But she didn't.

that is total BS. But it is encouraging that they still had her on file after all this time
