FIRST!!!

A funny thing happened while we were waiting for Disneyland to open....
A group of cast members came over and asked if we would like to be the first people into Disneyland that day.  Of course we said YES

We had no idea it was such an honour!  Here are all the cast members clapping and welcoming us

Mickey and Minnie came to say hello to us and wave at all the other people still waiting for the gates to open

They kept posing us for more pictures and more pictures.

 

We were getting really embarrassed 

 

And then they gave the "entrance" lock and key to the girls to officially open the park for the day.

All the attention was really overwhelming

After opening the lock we said,
"Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland.
3, 2, 1, OPEN!"

What a great start to our day!
