Our private picnic

Swimming around our feet for lunch with us were dozens of little fish. They are big fans of french bread. They tickle like crazy!


















Suds wanted to see the ocean (as opposed to the lagoon) so we took a little trek acoss the island to the ocean.

Our guide Pierrot. We has lived on Bora Bora his whole life. His Mother owns the large stretch of island where we had our picnic. Odly enough he says none of his family lives here preffering the towns on the main island but they spend a week or so a year here for holiday.


The water here is shallow, less than 2 feet deep and all sand. Paradise in paradise! Who would have thought that?
